Summary: The positives: It is very clean. The little cafe thing was cool. The location is convenient (being next to a mall was better than I expected) and the employees were nice. That said, I reserved a room for 5 and input ages. It was clear that I had 2 adults and 3 teenagers in one room. We get to the room and there are 2 queen size beds and a chair. The room is somewhat small. Thats it. So, I asked the front desk where the 5th person goes and she said, "Well, we have rollaways beds but we aren't allowed to give you one. I don't know why it says there is room for 5 in the website." Luckily, we always bring a cot because my kids hate sharing beds. So, we were okay. However, we then were only given 3 towels each day - even after we talked to them about it and said there were 5 people in our room. This and the fact that the pool was closed (which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel) were kind of frustrating. But the served our purpose, so I guess it was fine.
